The peaceful environment, within a working farm, lends itself perfectly as a prime borders holiday cottage and base from which to explore the surrounding Borders countryside and all the associated outdoor activities such as golf, fishing, shooting, walking, and hiking. There are also opportunities for off road adventures and hot air ballooning, an excellent way to view the wonderful natural landscape.

Jocks cottage sleeps 5 in a family room with double and single bed and a further twin room. A cot and high chair are available on request. The sitting rooms enjoy spectacular views over the Borders countryside and benefits from an open fire with some logs to start you off. Sky television, video, DVD player, books, games, and jigsaws will keep the family entertained for a long time.

The kitchen/ dining area is equipped with all the appliances and utensils required for your stay, including a washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. Jock's Cottage additionally benefits from a bathroom with bath and shower and a utility room with Hoover, iron, and ironing board.

Craggs Cottage has all the features of Jock's cottage with the additional benefit of a classic Raeburn range cooker.

Both cottages are supplemented with welcome packs, including maps to allow you to make the most of the local and wider countryside of Kelso, and Roxburgh.
